Also, not uncommon app will shut down when attempting to check out, or open previous visits to check times. I've also had times, a pt I've checked in and out, it has later disappeared. These issues have been present for quite some time. As this app is not rated well, with multiple complications being cited, will the developer address them. |

It'll work good one day and then not work at all for 5 days, it's honestly frustrating, to say the least. It's so off and on, I've used more paper forms than I have EVV the past couple months that I've been employed. Now I'm getting paperwork because I haven't been able to use the EVV system as much as they'd like me to and it could result in termination. |
