I've had my account with HIFICU for about a year and my experiance thus far has been good!

This app is terrible!I just opened an acct and I do most of my banking online but I am unable to log in. When I sign in using my user ID and passcode it takes me to the screen asking for my phone number, I enter my phone# then it has a button to continue...every time I go to continue it takes me back to login!!! This is beyond frustrating, I am about to close my acct with this bank.
