| 2024-07-24 |  | | living in Rhode Island, I don't have access to many harbor one ATM's so every month because I can't always drive to the designated ATM's , I'm paying ATM fees from $10 minimum to upwards of $18 besides the fees I'm already paying to access my account. So yeah, there lucky to get 3 stars..... as a matter of fact make it 2! |

| 2024-04-25 |  | | App no longer works with fingerprint login. Whenever you do it, it tells you the information is invalid. Only way to get it to work through the app is having to retype the password manually which really defeats the purpose of security for me. I don't like having to type my password and potentially having someone seeing me type it. Honestly easier to just open the web browser and log in from there which I feel isn't as safe either... |
