My first order and they lost more than half my items. All my towels, a bathroom mat and even the laundry bag I sent it all in. What kind of service is this? I contacted customer service and they amsaid they returned it all. When it's obvious in the before and after pictures that less then a quarter bag was returned. When I sent a huge bag to start.... I would not recommend this service to anyone. Update. 1/6/24 They called me a liar and then refused to refund. Then found my laundry. No refund!

Damaged my clothes and refused to pay for a tailor or give me a credit on my account. Lost my laundry, but at least gave me a one week credit and returned it several days later. I'm certain there are better laundry services in the STL area.
