Truly terrible experience. Scheduled a pickup for between noon and 2. Got a call at 10 asking where the laundry was. I said they were early and I wasn't going to be home for another hour. Hung up with the guy and a couple of minutes later, got a text that the order had been cancelled. I tried contacting customer support via live chat and waited for 30 minutes with no response. At this point I'm glad I didn't let them walk away with my clothes!
