Absolutely terrible app and customer service. I've got 4 pending receipts since March, it's now the end of June. I've been in contact with their customer service and IT team who can't seem to fix the issue and just stopped responding to me. They took something simple like giving your phone number to the store upon purchase and turned it into such a hassle that most people won't bother with to save themselves one free bag of food a year because they were bought out by PetSmart.
