Whenever we are in need that time network won't be available ... and sites like Banking, github, SharePoint will get blocked every now and then... and when spoke the customer care.. there is no escalation point.. every time they will say that they will call Back.. but that won't happen at all... Suggest a word to mention the quality of the services.. I would say.. we are paying for what they are just not providing the network... |
