Gucci failed to honor a warranty on sunglasses purchased less than a year ago. They sent us a bill for $75 to screw it back together. There was zero damage or misuse, just poor quality. This is beyond unacceptable for a "luxury" brand. They do not take care of their customers, so we will never be patronizing Gucci ever again.
