2025-01-26	Raashidha N	App processing very slow. Getting too many error pop ups. The operation is very irritating such that it does open to the next page for order placement. Many time it sticks at transaction payment page or before that.

2024-12-31	shruti s	The app was working perfectly fine until now, but after the recent update, it has started crashing every time I open the Silver Jewelry Mangalasuthra category. The issue becomes worse when I click on any product—it crashes immediately! This is really frustrating as I’ve been trying to place an order, but the app just doesn’t let me proceed. Please fix this issue as soon as possible!

The team was very supportive all these days. First I'm see the surrendering is as mush easier as opening the account online. It is really good for online shopping and gold plan. I'm really happy GRT being your customer for more than 2 decade's now. 21/12/2024: past 6 months I'm trying to connect with app but it is showing again and again 'auth failure error'
