| 2025-02-02 |  | | The app itself is fine, but the notifications of transactions are hopeless. They pop up, you press it to see what it says and it disappears so you have to guess the content. I cannot see any way to retrieve them. |

Jan 2020: I use this app almost daily now, mostly to transfer payments & keep tabs on my account. It does exactly what I want, has exactly what I need and does both with remarkable efficiency. Update: I now use it daily, and multiple times daily at that. If only all Apps were this handy and, more importantly, as reliable. |
| 2025-01-26 |  | | Recently upgraded my handset and so had to reinstall on the new device. But setting up the app is far too difficult because nothing works correctly. Abandoned set up yesterday because tech problems at BoS side. Reattampted moments ago but SMS confirmation failed because no SMS was sent, despite repeated requests. Then attempted phone call verification but that failed too because it failed to recognize my spoken 4 digit code, and then failed to recognize it when i typed it instead. Pathetic. |
| 2025-01-22 |  | | I've been a customer since I was about 12 years old. The bank the mortgage I've had was great. Recently when I approved payments they have been declined. I have also had recent freezes on my log in and had to spend the best part of 30 minutes today to correct this. The number earlier took me directly to Lloyds which after I put my card number into said I was a bank of Scotland customer and I should contact them? Hello this is what I tried to do! |

I've also given up paying in cheques using it as they are always rejected, which is probably their aim to reduce costs and increase profits! |

One works perfectly well using fingerprint scanner the other looks like it tries to use the fingerprint then defauts to using the memorable word. Both phone are running xiaomi hyper OS (android). Other than that the app is good |
