I used this service for over a year and it worked as described, until it was time to sign up for another year. Read the fine print and you'll see they will start CHARGING YOU MONTHLY after the next year passes. The free aspect is part of what made it great. I won't be forced into a paid service out of fear of losing the acct and that reflecting on my credit. I'd rather take the hit, and I did. Ditch this service. There are better ones that won't squeeze a hidden charge into the fine print.

DB, 2025-01-20Horrible experience from this company. First thing is they didnt allow me to add advertised subscription to the account. The second issue is not being able to pay the account till the actual due date. Meaning if my bill is due on the 12, i cant pay it till the 12th. Never have I had a company stop me from paying a debt early. The third issue is with payment options, my debit card expired and they refused to allow me to change/update the payment method along with other problems with this company.
