Made an order through the app. Almost 2 hours later I'm still waiting. They took payment and just keep extending the time every 10 minutes. I had to delete and reinstall the app to attempt to cancel it. No luck there. All I get is someone from customer support will contact you shortly. 2 hours of waiting. Bang out of order for an app that promised delivery within 60 mins

Using it for almost 10 months. It has never arrived on time. While ordering, it will be said 30-40 minutes, but it will take at least 2+ hours to get delivered.
