2024-08-08 | Cannot access programs. The app stos working when I chose the Programs tab.
2024-07-30 | Great app, only the artists tab seems to be broken. App keeps crashing if I press it. Update: seems to work again
2024-07-28 | Unfortunately, the app would be great if it wasn't crashing all the time :(
2024-07-05 | The app is great, but would be awesome if we could create a shared schedule with friends.
2023-08-14 | Viewing the schedule is useless... always starts at the beginning of the day so we have to scroll endlessly to now, even after pressing on an act. Really hard to visualise anything... such a poor interface! Last year's app was infinitely better.
2023-08-11 | Imitation of real application. The schedule does not detect what day or hour it is and always opens at the Beginning of Thursday. When u hit on event in the middle of the day and hit "back" button always leads you back to the beginning of the day and not on the spot u were on. U add favourites in the map but can not restrict to see and chase only your favourites. A lot more to be wanted by the app. Won't list all the inconveniences. These days such level of all feels lame. 2019-08-17 | The app tells you to pre-load money onto the wristband and then makes this money unavailable for a full night. Edit [Response to the reply]: The other features were useful, but they were significantly over shadowed by the fact that I now have to wait roughly weeks to get refunded for money I couldn't use. Upon going to one of the help desks within the festival, it was apparent that this issue was common and simply an error in the app/festipay/wristband system.
2019-08-15 | really good layout, easy to use. wish I didnt have to use my mobile data to see the acts scheduled all of the time - an offline schedule would be handy
2019-08-14 | It's seriously a very helpful tool. Frequently are arriving automatic updates. There are - almost - up to date information about lineup, schedule, notifications, artists, happenings and maps. But, there are also some artists without a single letter description; events, which are cancelled, but not deleted from the schedule; etc. Very useful add is, that you get the opportunity to mark your favorite artists, programs and make your own schedule this way. It's a big add to the festival feeling!
2019-08-12 | unpleasant experience when topping up the festival wristband with funds. the card was set to "invalid" status and couldn't be used unless we supposedky went to the "Help Desk" all the way to the festival entrance. not about to miss a concert for a defective wristband machanism. |
