| 2024-09-10 |  | | Horrible application for a convention. The alerts for panels never worked and I only got the alerts for the special events FanExpo was trying to promote. Map function only linked you to a PDF of the artist alley and vendors hall in the North and South building and not an actual map for all the floors and levels in each building. The only thing it was good for was putting every activity into My Schedule. Everything else didnt work. |

Don't bother setting alerts for them, though, as the app will spam you with notifications for everything else too. Want to know where a comic creator is? Too bad, there's a map but no directory of who is at what booth number. Look them up in the "Guests" list, but the booth # isn't there either, just their event times. Click on the event to see the room name where they will be, but not where that room is. |

In the schedule if you tap on an event to read its description and then you go back it jumps you back to the top of the schedule (so just add anything interesting to your "My Schedule"). Autograph prices are shown in USD (some intern just copied the price data used for the U.S. events). At their March 2024 event they made us link our phones to our badges or something crazy like that (yes, even if you bought your pass on the app) so leave time for it |

| 2023-08-27 |  | | When the most important feature of an app is browsing a schedule, missing a feature as basic as filtering by event type is pretty bad. If I know that I'm not interested in photo ops or family zone events, it's just extra noise that makes it harder to find things you care about. |
