SCAM ALERT! I purchased a subscription I no longer use because my spectrum basic steaming has more variety at half the cost. I called to cancel and was told that unless I have access to my old Google account from over a year ago, I would not be able to cancel and would have to pay indefinitely. One option was to dispute the charge with my credit card company, but even after doing so I was charged again the following month. Every other streaming service offers options to canceling.

Gp Kp, 2025-01-27App is awful. Need to close and restart any time a show changes to get the guide to update to the new time. No way to see who is watching or log out of all devices - we have 3 concurrent streams on the plan but can only ever use 2 because 3rd gets kicked off. They want us to pay for for unlimited. Total scam. Customer service is outsourced and awful. Go with ANY other app and live to provider. So mad it's the only option for NFL - it is engineered to 75% - still too many bugs and flaws.
