My last review was a complaint about not being able to save business cards to Wallet, today's complaint is, Cool that we can now save business cards but how could Google screw it up more than they did? All I want to do is save a picture, front and back, to wallet but Google thinks they need to scan it, send it off to Google, put back before front and prevent me from changing order, broadcast it across Maps and other apps by default, add it to everything instead of creating categories....Comeon..

Seems to have broken on my Samsung phone with last update. Many years of solid use but now DOA. I get an error message every time I open the app and try to select an account: "There was a problem setting the active account. Would you like to try again?" When I select "OK" and try to select an acct, the error message come up again.

This used to work flawlessly. Lately I have had to reboot the phone every now and then due to the security certificate for my debit card becoming insufficient. It claims my payment method doesn't meet the security requirements (it does). On one occasion I had to delete the app data as well as reboot and re-add the card back to the wallet to get it to work. Storing multiple cards is inconvenient because of this bug as you have to add them all back individually if you clear the app data.

Updated review: so months of random blocking pin requests that both service and myself couldn't figure out a random stranger saw me struggling and explained it was a request for screen lock pin (in the wallet app) This seems like a basic thing service should be aware of by now with how many million users. Anyway, new problem after using Smart Switch. Everything but my wallet is working, unable to add local bank card (netherlands), app is stuck on US settings. Hoping service can help this time.

Please allow sort by name. Please add share loyalty card. Would be useful in family scenario. Also search button would be useful at the bottom. Add Payment card gets in the way of you cards. There is already Add to Wallet in the bottom right. Have filter like loyalty cards, memberships etc. The GUI could fit more cards in the screen size. Like Stocard and Klarna.

When is Google going to fix the " ERROR- Couldn't complete your transaction. Your play balance can only be used in the United States. I'm in the United States. My country hasn't changed. I've tried all the suggested processes and steps listed in the help section for this issue, and some times they work, but most of the times they don't. I was able to reedem by gift card the other day and 20 minutes later when I tried to do an in-app purchase,and I haven't been able to use the play card balance

Wallet insists on sending notifications for every purchase even when I'm NOT using it and instead present my physical credit card. I've turned off notifications 30x. Today, I finally turned them on, purchased something, received the dreaded notification, turned them off, purchased something else hours later, and received another dreaded notification. UGH!!! Stop forcing me to accept unhelpful notifications I don't want. I know what I'm buying. I uninstalled. They'll probably still send them.

Extremely useful and convenient app. The tap and pay works great, integration with Gmail has allowed almost seamless importing of boarding passes and train tickets plus it does a great job of automatically populating the fields when adding a card to another app. Would love to see more states added to the identification screen, but that's probably out of Google's hands.

Doesn't open doesn't work. Says "there is a problem setting the active account. would you like to try again" gives you a option to click okay and closes the window and doesn't do anything. App never launches never gives you the opportunity to do anything other than click okay which closes the window. Can't even uninstall it to try and redownload it. Bad day to leave my wallet at home

Unable to open the app. Repeatedly tells me "problem with setting the active account". I deleted all the accounts on the phone. Rebooted, add one account. Still the same error message. In settings - Google: I was (still am) able to add a transit card to Wallet. Now, I cannot use this transit card! Also tried: updated and added all permissions to Google Play Services. Uninstall Wallet. Reboot. Install wallet. Add permissions to Wallet. Still cannot open this damn app.
