| 2025-01-28 |  | | Absolutely horrible experience! Sure, the free 15GB of storage is nice, but I do not recall signing up for Google One! I am a student in college who absolutely NEEDS to take notes on Google Docs in order to keep up with everyone, but apparently when you're out of storage, you cannot make any changes to a file! I've cleared out tons of space in my Google photos already since I thought that would help, but Google is still refusing to give back access!! If I could rate this app zero stars, I would. |

I later decided that I did not want to keep the subscription, but I did want to keep the 200 GB of storage that I've been paying $29.99 per year since 2022. Well, when the 30-day trial ended, Google also took away the 200GB which left me with only 15GB. I've been trying to get this corrected for several days now. And when you report the problem it sends you to a refund section. I don't want a refund, I want the 200GB |
| 2025-01-21 |  | | Paid for 2 TB of storage for a few years and have about 50 g of storage used to date and can't pay for the storage and they are trying to get me to delete everything so the arent letting me access anything Google. At least give me the option to move everything to a different cloud storage. They won't even let me access and receive emails anymore. Would not recommend this app to anyone. |

I made sure that the payment method is valid, and the address on my profile and my credit card account are the same. Now I need to do a Google Takeout and then delete most of my Google Drive and Google Photos data, so that my Gmail won't stop working. What a huge hassle. I still don't know why this happens, and there is no place to get help. |

Yet I don't remember seeing anything when allowing Google one to backup my phone that the backup can only be used on a factory reset phone that is in the process of being setup. Sorry but many people setup their phone at the phone store or away from wifi. That's not the time for huge downloads of data without interruption. Very disappointed! |

I'm older and not very knowledgeable with everything that my phone can do , but I found it extremely easy to add more storage so I'm able to save all of the photos and videos I've taken. I was very happy to accomplish this upgrade without having to ask for help. I might be older, but thanks to Google for helping me learn. |
| 2025-01-11 |  | | Google One will make you THINK you're backing up your phone so if you accidentally delete a file, you could restore it, but no, this only will help you transfer your files to a new device. I'd have to factory reset my phone to restore the texts I accidentally deleted. There are community forum posts since 2019 angry that Google took away the "restore" part of the app. What's the point of backing up files if you can't restore them????? |

No support so my photos aren't deleted over this payment /transfer of iOS |
| 2024-12-24 |  | | Worst experience ever!!!! This app has charged me two times and I have cancelled the subscription on multiple occasions. I better get my refund back and I better get it fast. I don't have to download anything from this Google play at all. If customer satisfaction is a factor, they are doing a piss poor job. Seems like everyone is having issues. Cancel Google all together if u ask me. Lets just download from the Samsung store or anywhere else for that matter. Refund. Refund now . Thanx |

No ability to delete specifically backed up (cloud) storage without simultaneously deleting photos from device. All so that it's just easier to upgrade your storage plan so you don't have to deal with the hassle. Money $$$$ |
