This app has nice points...but I wouldn't be using it if I could keep using message+. I've had so many issues with group chats not sending or receiving messages even after checking for updates and restarting my phone. It's very frustrating and just one more thing that is making me think about switching to the iPhone when this phone is paid off.

Really struggles to download images, videos and even text messages (especially in group chats) even with good connection. Needs to offer the option to choose to download each image or video sent instead of automatically trying to do it, because it will freeze and start malfunctioning. Didn't have this issue with the old Verizon app prior to it redirecting me to this one. I like it better in other ways, but struggling to text and send pics reliably is really the bare minimum for a texting app.
