| 2024-05-15 |  | | This app keeps crashing no matter what course I'm on. I was told weeks ago there was a fix coming, but nothing yet. A waste of money to have the app crash in the middle of every round. Look elsewhere until it's fixed. Update - May 2024 Little to no change. App still crashes and always seems to be after the 9th hole. And it could be anytime after I make the turn, and it can be multiple times! Great app but so frustrating! Please fix! |
| 2023-10-29 |  | | Version 10.0.1 does not work with my OnePlus 8 Android phone. Splash Screen flickers like a mistuned analog TV. Eventually the "Loading" message appears and spins infinitely. I had to walk off yardages like a 90s kid yesterday. I've been a paid member since the Obama administration and this app is usually reliable. Will update my rating when this is fixed. Please help! This app worked fine until this latest update. |
| 2023-07-25 |  | | I used to use this app awhile ago so I decided to give it a go again. I renewed my subscription only to get a "loading 3D components" message that will not go away. I can close the app and reopen it and it automatically does this. Only way not to is to Uninstall and redownload it but as I try to get a course going it just goes right back to it. Contacted customer support as I would just prefer a refund (I've gone with another app) and have got nothing aside from a generic automated response. |

Opted for the monthly subscription just to check out the options, and it worked for 9 holes. Then it got stuck loading, then it started crashing and wouldn't open so I played the last holes without it. Dumping it and asking for my money back. |

The 2nd day I went to use the app and anytime I unlocked the screen the app would say I didn't have a subscription and kick me out of the premium features. I would then have to close the app and reopen and everything would work as it should. Then I would go up for my next shot and the same thing would happen again. Very annoying. Ended up using my other golf app. Disappointed |

Unfortunately my subscription renewed less than a month ago and from what I'm reading no prorated refund. So I paid for a year and only used it for a few weeks...Do yourself a favor and buy a stand alone handheld GPS instead of phone apps, they work much better and no subscription... |

In 2023 the app has completely changed. The last update they did crashed all of the data and it no longer functions properly. Constantly crashes and fails to load. They also raised the price. I'm also about ready to ask for a refund. Like many others who have commented. |

It constantly crashes and keeps disconnecting from my account making me lose my paid features. What's the point of paying if I can't even use the app? Its not worth it anymore so I'll be cancelling and uninstalling. |

Newest update took away the ability to add tee boxes to app, which in turn will provide an inaccurate handicap. UPDATE: 9/6/2022. After the update in July 2022, this app constantly crashes and is no longer dependable. I do not need a flyover view, nor the greens maps. If I don't want it, don't load it. I had no problems before the last update. Please fix it. |
| 2022-06-29 |  | | This was best golf app when I originally installed it. I've been a premium subscriber for many years now. It still needs an Android Watch companion to speed up on course use! However, now the app freezes and crashes so much during my rounds I'm wondering if its even worth keeping beyond my current subscription. Worked great before so I'm hoping there an bug fix coming soon. |
