App not as good as it used to be, support is horrible. I've been a customer since 2011, and features have actually been removed. Now, it's time for my subscription to renew, but their system is refusing my payment. I've tried two different cards and paying through Amazon (an offered option). Support tells me the problem is with the payment company and to contact them, even though it's been three different companies. I've contacted the companies, they all say the issue is with Golden Frog.

Had this app since 2015 and recently become it's very unsatisfactory increasingly unrealiable. It did not work in China. It acts weird often, as I constantly have to "troubleshoot" my connection. Add to it, I usually have to switch between the different protocols on my macbook. After almost 8 years, I am looking to switch to another service.
