Latest update is very laggy. Doesn't sync when needed. Now I can't even get logged into it to do my reports. It's just the blue screen of death. Fix, fix, fix, please.

The latest version crashes 50% of the time. Please sort it. I thought it was our hardware but have just invested in brand new android devices and are still exactly the same.
