*Update* I still do not like this app, it does now show who is calling. And I'm also being charged twice for it, which I've called so many times in the last two months to resolve this and I'm still losing business because they don't know what they are doing. I'm livid and can not wait to purchase a new phone for my business. Smartline worked so much better than this app!!! #2, 1-11-25 I've lost two more clients because this app is not working right and overcharging me still. Smh waste of money!

I started with the GoDaddy Smartline several years ago and have used it specifiaclly for business. Since they changed to Conversations I have had noting but problems. Texts take forever to load, I've stopped getting notifications when I get a text, clients can't hear me or experience echoing or feedback when taking to me. Media texts are unsupported. A feature that would be immensely helpful is group texting but I'm sure that is light years away. I have more to say but no space left.
