    It's hard for me to imagine how the Jabra hearing aids can give such terrible sound quality. The app eliminated most of my custom ringtones. The hearing aids are almost always disconnected from the phone. I'm using Pixel 8 Android 15, and the Jabra Pro 10. I've returned the hearing aids to the store.

    Android/Samsung Issues, App and Bluetooth connection inconsistencies - Powering on with or without app open...hearing aids connect whenever they want, versus when you power on like a common Bluetooth device. Many times requiring powering off/on hearing aids and cycling Bluetooth, plus stopping app within Android and clearing cache. Frustrating! Samsung/Android software is fully updated and meets the standards Jabra references. When will Jabra fix compatibility issues with Android devices?
