Still plenty of rooms for updates. My suggestion is including other Leauges similar to Euro and China's, yeah, know? Able to draft players and see their stats and experience from them. Chances to be a head coach for the Olympics team interested hiring and able to choose players from your ethnicity. Kinda like a sandbox mode that is made easier now since you can choose your offense, and everything would be a good addition.

New update takes a lot of the fun out of the game Update to response from dev, firstly glad to see you reach out, really want this game to succeed. I feel like the previous player training system gave you more direct control than the new system does. While I understand the desire to tamp it down a bit, the new development system just doesn't add enough of this feeling of direct control back. Maybe tying upgrades per season to a building IE lvl 1 gives 2 upgrades total lvl 2 gives 3 could work.
