When trying to make curios that have to be specific for each hero, you try to randomly access the one you need, waste the materials to build it that you have to buy, and then it randomly switches again before you get the one you want. I am really enjoying getting my super heroes together to wipe out the undead who first took over the dragons and then wiped out whole castles and villages. I haven't been playing very long and I can see that I have a lot to learn yet, so that means there is so much excitement left this is unplayed yet. |

I've read some of the complaints, which are mostly laughable. For instance it's very easy to quit Alliance/Officer/Quit. My only complaint would be the Mesdi puzzle. It seems slow and even in auto mode it often fires at nothing for 95 seconds. Please fix the algorithm so it doesn't fire at nothing. |

They advertise the wrong information on rewards for purchases, and after I've made said purchases for the very clearly advertised rewards, they do NOT credit what they advertised, instead hiding being 'display error' and telling a paying customer to deal with their mistake. You took my money for an item I thought I was buying and now refuse me the item AND the refund? Truly ridiculous and a misleading tactic. Do not spend money on this bugged game. |

I'm trying to upgrade a hero or building and I can't because I have to click only where the glowing hand is pointing. And I'm on chapter 4, I should be done the tutorial. Also, quitting now because the multi player map part is about to start and I cannot stand that part of these games. Last thing - female characters can wear clothes. They don't have to be most of the way to naked. |

But I was instantly hooked once I saw the actual graphics of the game which are nothing as advertised btw. The match three is okay but once you're further in the game developers seem to have new challenges and tasks that really do keep you entertained. I've had the game about a month now and I've spent $5. To keep it simple, this is hands down the best game I've ever played. |

I don't seem to be able to take items out of the cart that I no longer wish to select like choosing a drone,after I was able to read and establish the differences between the drones,price and operations . Difficult to navigate; I had to google how to leave an alliance and even then it was hard to find. Also, you can't quit. They make deleting your account so difficult, it's impossible. Even the customer service chat gets stuck in a loop and won't help you. |
