Good luck trying view previous footage, either won't go back to the selected date or time, bounces back to live for no apparent reason, won't load the footage, or just crashes and gives up. It's an embarrassment when trying to show law enforcement footage. Save yourself the aggravation and get a different system.

2022-04-20	Juan Ayala	Tried to log in but it doesn't give me access to the cameras. Do I need to contact genetec to turn that feature on? The error I get is "directory not trusted"

2021-08-12	Ian Bogle	Any way to get alarm alerts/push messages to come through when the app is not running? Can't find anything in the settings. Cameras and playback work fine and look good. Update 8/12/21 was able to get things configured properly (a month ago) and everything has been stable. Upgraded rating
