| 2025-01-31 |  | | I used to love this app, 5 stars. But, the new update is awful. Brought out my best potty mouth. Fonts overlapping all over, the login IS the front page, making one think it was an unsuccessful login. The new password screen doesn't allow Show, so that was a treat for entering a lengthy strong PW. Anyway, hopefully I won't need roadside service and I'll be spared the irritation of using it. |
| 2025-01-30 |  | | DriveEasy only works if I'm using Google Maps as a Driver Or when I'm on my phone as a passenger, at which point it still marks me the driver Update: nothing has changed on the previous aspect, i just have to constantly Drive with Google Maps open to actually record my trips without pinging as a distraction. But now Drive East won't even calculate my driving score. At this point, I think it's intentional, so they don't have to give a good driver discount. |

| 2025-01-29 |  | | Signed up for drive easy. Worst program. I keep my phone in my bag when I drive, however I keep getting docked because work messages me, even though I don't check them. Get docked even when I'm a passenger and I note it (score never changes). Docks me when someone cuts me off, guess I'll just hit the other car and let insurance deal with it. About done with these scam artists. Look elsewhere. |

Even if your not touching your phone it still says you are handling your phone. If you use Maps, Bluetooth & hands-free it says you are phone handling. Even if your phone is on the charger in your purse not being touched it marks you as phone handling! :( I wish they would fix that. Also, Customer service doesn't help when you call about the Drive Easy. :( |

I try to login in, it sends the verification code (which is only good for 10 minutes) via text, the code does not arrive within 10 minutes. I try to send the code via email, it arrives faster but if I leave the app to get it (because it's in the body not the header and can't be previewed) the app goes back to the login page. Rinse and repeat |
| 2025-01-27 |  | | App is glitchy. Will say I broke my distraction record even though I do not text while I'm driving. It will do it when I'm parked. It will also say drive detected while I'm in my house. Y'all really need to work on this app. 1/27/25 update: Ive been using GEICO for almost a year and DriveEasy is still garbage.. I still constantly get a notification of possible drive detected when I'm not even anywhere near my vehicle. Still does a bunch of annoying stuff and no updates have fixed it yet! |

Couldn't retreive my previous quote. Had to log in over 10 times. This should NEVER be a problem. If i encounter these issues again I will be changing insurance. |
| 2025-01-27 |  | | The shortcomings on Drive Easy are: 1) It recognize my 90 minutes commutes on train as I am the driver, and I get bad points for phone handling. 2) I have been using the app for almost a year. And during this time Drive Easy keeps coming back to me to finish setup. Sometimes it is silent for months, but today I was reminded again even though the last reminder was yesterday, when I followed the notification and did everything it was asking for. For the record, every trip of mine is recorded. |
| 2025-01-26 |  | | DriveEasy (for the discount price) is so frustrating. Every time I sign in it keeps asking me to verify and sign up for alerts. It does not recognize when you're the passenger so you have to go and change it manually. My husband also has the app and it does not recognize when we're both in the car and it's only rating me 😑. IT needs to fix this issue and update the app quick. This is very inconveniente and a waste of time. |
