Carlos Holmes		 The app ONLY WORKS IF you turn on your Location and bluetooth, then it will be able to find and pair with the socks. All the features in the app work, gave it 4-stars due to the fact that you need Location for it to pair. You can pair with the socks, after that you can turn off Location and it will stay connected until you shut it off.

Che Garza		 I was messing around with the app and settings. It's a pain, but I was able to get it to work. You need to go into the app setting and allow permission. Not the app itself, but where you allow all the app permission into setting on the phone, then to find the app

Ed Morris		 Terrible. Electric heated socks. I'm guessing it's the app. First pair I had you could see on the app that both socks had full battery. Couldn't get the app to pair. Made sure I signed in and gave permission for GPS. (Signing in and GPS permission is stupid for a pair of socks). Returned that pair for another pair. Same thing. Going to get a refund and buy something else.

David Barratt		 This app does not work with the socks I purchased. They are seen by my bluetooth but will not pair up. Pointless having the app, I could have got the same type of socks a lot cheaper but the app feature looked good.

R B		 Connected right away. Very intuitive to use. Works great to control sock functions. The only problem I see is that you have to hibernate the app to turn the socks off using the app. Otherwise, it's a really nice option for controlling your heated socks.

Midgie		 Sox are comfortable and keep my toes warm. However, the battery on each sock is so heavy that the socks are always sliding down my legs! Irritating. I much prefer wearing regular socks and toe warmers.
