2023-01-11 | Don't use GDEx no matter what. It stated out for delivery. I waited since 9am to 9pm. No car or honk. Suddenly 9pm+ said receiver not present and drop card. There's no card at all. I so scared someone else took my parcel if it drops at wrong house. Chat with their CS in WhatsApp. Haven't finish, they cut off. 🤦🏻♀️So rude. This app needs bar code and no different from checking online yourself. Don't bother installing. | ||
2023-01-09 | It is funny when u try tracking, have to press the '+' sign instead submit button after out in the tracking number. Very confused user interface, I will never find out if I didn't came to the comments section. Deserve 1 star | ||
2021-07-26 | Don't have the ability to login to my gdex account which is not possible in app had no choice but to use it gdex portal only, thought this app can just work mygdex in a phone like any other app. What a bummer. | ||
2021-06-16 | The customer service isnt friendly as other courier services . Bt thts understandable, probably she couldnt understand malay or the line wasnt good when i was talking . Bt the w.maju postman wasnt any better either . He talked back with unfriendly voice when it was his fault as he didnt read the capslock instruction details of the address clearly . Ive never had any problem with other postmans who can read the address details properly . Everyone is having a hard time , please have some manners. | ||

2020-06-03 | I've only been given the tracking number. App forces me to scan a barcode or it will not look anything up. I don't have the bar code. The app is useless to me unless if you can't bypass the barcode. | ||

2020-04-26 | Faster Tracking but many might not know how to use it. After manually keyed in tracking number, one has to press the "+" button to add it into tracking list, then just press enter to track, which is conveniently fast. If one skipped pressing "+", it will continuously ask for Barcode. |
