2025-01-28	Kathy Soderstrom	I am sick and tired of seeing this site advertised between games as ad free, yet when you play it, it's filled with ads! I enjoy the games, but I struggle with constantly having to work my way through several screens of ads between every game. I especially find it frustrating to repeatedly see the same ads over and over again!! Not only that, but there isn't any kind of online support offered if you need help or have a question. It also doesn't offer detailed info about the game details.
2025-01-22	Christina Seefried	Been playing this game for almost 2 years and now all of a sudden the way the scoring is done has changed and there is no explanation to the new score. I use to finish every level with a score in the low thousands (2,000-3,000) and now the scores are over 20,000 and it doesn't appear to work the way it use to. You use to get a higher score for each move if you continued in the same suit and that is not the case now. What gives?

Plus after 2 levels a message popped up saying that this game was out of date. Clicking on what should be the update just took me to an to download another game! Sometimes I just go back to playing Bejeweled classic it has no ads!

I have put countless hours into this game and have enjoyed every second of it, but then all of a sudden the game kicks me out and when i get back on, its signed out of my google account and wont resign in cuz it says it doesn't have internet...which is ridiculous. Been like this for over 24 hours now and still hasny changed. Done somethings to try and fix it, clear cache, reinstall...yada yada, and NADA! So i give up, over a year of progress gone in less than 24 hours.

UPDATE: I've been playing a LOT since my last review(November 2024), and I'm happy to say it is seriously helping improve my memory! I could not remember names of actors/actresses before, but now I have no problem with that! I use to go into a room to get something and the second I went in, I would forget what it was I wanted. Not anymore! Thank you!!
2025-01-12	Jewel Smith	I've been playing this game for almost a year now and it has helped tremendously with my severe short term memory issues. Unfortunately, the last few months, there's been a lot of bugs, glitches and downed server on their end during crucial moments of events (especially the tournament). It's making the playing experience less and less enjoyable. These things are not just happening to me as my teammates are having all the same issues. If it doesn't get better I'll be forced to rate less.
2025-01-11	Diana Dietz32	Had this game installed for about 2 weeks. It got to the point that I could not play a set without an ad for another game popped up that I had to watch. It was tolerable at first when downloaded, I could play 3 or 4 sets of tiles without interruption, but after a while, I ended up spending more time watching ads than actually playing the game. Un-installed because it was not worth the time the ads took up. Thanks. I gave it 2 stars only because I did like playing when it allowed me to.
2025-01-09	Bryan M	Was a good game, except for the adds. However since the latest update it is now auto shuffling every time you fail. That means you can't learn from your mistakes. You are in fact playing a whole new puzzle. Time to move on and find a better one. I'm replying to your comment. Auto shuffle when stuck is turned off. New version auto shuffles on new deal.

However, I began to wonder why, having completed 10,214 levels and am playing in Master levels, was it very hard to win a tournament against someone with a lot less wins? It's NOT skill that helps anyone win! It's speed! If you are new and play in a tournament against people like me, your games are so much easier, and you can rack up your score quicker! I call foul!
2024-12-30	Pam K	Love game, but glitches often. I play daily and when it works it works wonderful but right now I'm dealing with a glitch that causes no updates in chat or with the help or having the tournament pop up which is really frustrating because the team I'm in requires us to put in a certain amount of points. I have it saved and was able to resume my progress, but now I'm dealing with not having access to the puzzle mini game, and i have everyone collected since I started the game.
