App is way easier to navigate than some of the other ticket apps. Prices are also much cheaper on Gametime which is always a plus! |

The tickets don't get cheaper closer to start times and they take them down before first period of hockey games and half time of all other sports. What's the point if I can't decide to catch half of an NBA game or bop in for a few innings of baseball? Just use any other site being that the apps are better at ticketmaster or StubHub. |

We had already made the trip to the arena. They offered a refund or credit with 10% extra. So we spent $170 on tickets (48% fees from price shown in app!) and 30min before the event they offered 17$ in credit for us being empty handed for the event. What a joke lol |

Customer service on the chat line is awfully slow and untrained. I asked if I was able to set price alerts on the app four times before Jayvee was able to give me an answer regarding the question. It prompted me to ask them if they were an AI chatbot. Around 20 minutes to answer the simple question. |

Only complaint is a lot of the time you end up having to install the Ticketmaster app anyway because that's what the tickets are transferred to. I'd at least like to know that ahead of time when I buy them. Also ofc lots of fees and stuff like every other vendor, but not nearly as bad as TM usually. |

Just know if you download this app that if you buy two tickets or more, that you're going to be buying the equivalent of a third seat in service fees to pay them. Yeah I don't think so it's cheaper at Ticketmaster. Good luck. |

The price I paid for 2 people plus food and drinks was still less than what 1 ticket would have cost me from the team's official site. I wouldn't say it's perfect but its legit and will save you money. Definitely works best with baseball, but I have seen basketball, hockey, some college sports, and even major concerts have better prices on here than on other apps/sites. |

I was offered tickets "at no extra cost" that were worse and 14 rows back. Magically seats in my row and section appeared at a much higher price. Customer service did everything they could to ensure I will not use gametime ever again. Don't use gametime. Any other ticket service is more trustworthy. |

You can no longer view tickets from low to high because it shows you like 15 or 20 mid range tickets and then the cheap tickets. Like if I wanted to see mid range tickets then add an option for that. Instead I have to swipe down just to see the tickets I want. Makes no sense. Please fix or else I'll just keep using fanimal (fanimal has better deals) |
