| 2024-11-08 |  |  | Maybe I'm missing something or missing more than something but other people I know who have an account with 'that' end of town get notifications straight up when any coin lands in their account. I don't on the app, others with PCCU accounts that have app don't either. I'd much rather be with PCCU as they have been A-1 to deal with in branch and all my banking needs but have I missed some setting or does this app just not send their owners notifications when coin goes in to accounts? |
| 2024-10-27 |  | | For months now, the app has been saying invalid pin more often than not when I try to log in. The first time, I was worried my phone was hacked. But the same pin worked a few hours later. Sometimes, it feels like this bug lasts days. I don't know if it is a slow connection at the end they do the authentication, but regardless it needs a better error message and fixing. |
| 2024-10-16 |  | | Always thinks there is no internet connection and takes forever to load, even if there is one. Quicker to use the browser. Always gives "unexpected" error and won't log me in. It's up to date, I have reception, app is garbage. Constantly locked out because of this utter nonsense. It also doesn't let you message the bank, despite giving the option. It keeps saying the message can't be sent.. this app sucks |
| 2024-08-01 |  | | The app is horrible at the moment, i now can not add a reference to my transfers to other accounts for my reference. It would be great to be able to get notifications to appear on my phone whenever transactions are done. NAB app does this, This app doesnt do it but it would really help to detect payments being made so that if its fraudulent then it gets picked up quickly rather than not noticing untill you log into your account which could be days later and harder to stop the transaction. |
| 2024-07-31 |  | | If I try to adjust any schedule payment on my device, I am logged out immediately. When I make the changes on my computer the security requests come through to my device but when I acknowledge it... The message is not sent. I then have to use secure code, which works, but the Apk is stuck in an endless loop requesting authentication. Closing and logout make no difference, I have to go into settings - apps PC and force a stop. Then restart my phone, only then is it usable once more. |
| 2024-06-20 |  | | I would like notifications to appear on my phone whenever transactions are done. This is a priority for me. Westpac app does this, I can't get this app to. Also the font of the account number is TOO SMALL. The bsb and account number is basic and fundamental information, please makes it easier to read. One more adjustment, I would like to be able to rearrange my 'pay anyone' list. Happy overall. Good job. |
| 2023-08-28 |  | | App never wants to work reliably. Almost always gives me invalid code when I try to log in with biometrics, won't accept my pin, and no amount of refreshing fixes it. The app is up to date, my internet connection is fine. When it DOES want to work, it falls massively behind other banking apps in terms of features and performance. Even being able to order a new card or update my basic details through the app would be nice, or set up notifications for when payments go in or out of my account. |
| 2023-04-19 |  | | I can't log in. It tells me "invalid membership number or password", yet I have copied and pasted the membership number and password from my password wallet. These work perfectly fine when logging in from a computer internet browser, but do not work when trying to log in from the app on a Android Pixel 5. I run all the current versions of android and security. |
| 2022-02-18 |  | | Suddenly one day I am unable to log into my app, try uninstalling and reinstalling to fix issue. When I try to register in the app, it will not send a push notification (despite all notifications being enabled) and will not allow me to enter a secure code because, surprise surprise, I need to register before I can access a secure code. Try to access a secure code through regular internet banking, and it says I don't have access to secure codes and to call their helpline. Utterly useless banking. |
| 2022-01-20 |  | | This app worked perfectly until yesterday. I'd log in as I normally do, however this time after logging in it would tell me that I'm not logged in. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling 4 times, and now when I try and register with the details, it keeps popping up with an 'unexpected' message I am beyond frustrated 😞 Looking at the last time the app was updated in 2020 I was gobsmacked! Why would you have an app that hasn't had any updates in all that time? People's Choice sort it out! |
