WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I am having a very dissapointing experience with Nykaa. I ordered an Black Allen Soly trouser it was blue when I recieved. I tried to exchange the color but it was not available so I thought to exchange size as my sister was ok with the color. They picked up my parcel and its been 1 Month I have not received my replacement and I have contacted their team through msgs and through call for 4 times. No action has been taken. Do not trust this app.

This app is completely useless. I ordered a pair of jeans online on January 9 and made the payment in advance. The delivery date was set for January 12, but the order was not delivered on time. Then, on January 16, the vendor canceled my order, citing a bulk order issue. Meanwhile, the price of the same jeans increased to over ₹2000. Later, when the jeans were on sale again, I reordered them for ₹1500 on January 28, with a delivery date of February 2. However, the product has not been dispatche
