This app is so incredibly useless. It's ALMOST as useless as the HOA itself, but at least with the app you can maybe connect to your account, sometimes, if it it's a good day, and if it isn't raining, and if they felt like turning on the server that day. Customer service number is just as useless as they auto-hangup on you when you're forced to sit on hold for more than 10 minutes. I haven't been able to speak to anyone ever in over a month whether it's email, phone, or local employee.

This app doesn't work. I've been trying to open the payment tab. It just sits there spinning. If a company wants you to pay via an app, they should at least have a working one
