Fresh Thyme Market

I just placed my first pickup order, so we'll see how that goes. I do notice that items are harder to search for because they aren't tagged with alternative names. For example, I was looking for "toilet paper" but it only came up under "bath tissue" which is not something I normally call it. Adding in a tagging method (even if invisible to users) would be great.

Fresh Thyme's "loyalty" program is a complete fraud. At checkout, there is a prompt to enter my phone number, yet despite doing so on every transaction, no transactions appear on my transaction history. Apparently the loyalty program is not linked to a phone number despite having a completed phone number field in my account profile. Fresh Thyme only pretends to care about your loyalty. Furthermore, there is zero "contact us" provision on the app. They don't care about your opinion either.
