I sent a message on their so called "24/7 assistance messages". Plus for whatever reason, the premium subscription for a month is 1 euro more on the app than on the website???? Not even sure that's legal.... Anyway, I expect a refund immediately. Edit : I sent two requests. Still waiting for the great 24/7 assistance to reply. |

It is useless to write to support, absolutely no response, they do not refund money. The worst possible option. I am disappointed in you. When it connects, another ad. When I want to disconnect, another ad! The advertising network will choose the ads. YOU choose how many are called. |

I have had no notable app failures as of yet, and I use it quite frequently to bypass router and network permissions. First they are just like scam pop ups that tell you you have a virus and when pressed it brings you to play store download for another application. Second, the Ads cover entire screen appearing as if it is part of this application. so make sure you explore the entire screen to make sure you are pressing the correct exit button. |

As soon as I close the app. I asked for a refund and I said I no longer needed the trial they offered because I installed it and then uninstalled it on the very same day within a couple of hours of trying to make it work! This is not recommended for a pixel cell phone. |

I know it works cuz I tried to log into a sight of mine and it was denied entry because my IP address didn't match the address that I put in the profile. Also when I use Wi-Fi I have no problem logging on the sites that are blocked by the Wi-Fi. If you really want online protection download this VPN uninstall right now. You won't regret it. |
