| 2025-01-14 |  | | you guys need to provide an update for the amazon firetv and firetv sticks because since you guys have decided to allow profiles with pin codes for children's watching habits, it has been acting funny since on both my firetv sticks. the one in the front room freezes and goes back to home page. the one in my room when i watch a premium channel like axstv it will black screen. kind of frustrating when that happens. i did a factory reset on both firetv sticks and did nothing to resolve this problem |

And best of all, it changes channels at random times and then have to restart to get back to the channel you were on. We have a 600mbs up /down connection and the guide takes almost 2 minutes to load. |

Bought the premium package as well and on some nights they simply do not load. When playing on the phone, the screen shuts off as though it does not recognize that the app is playing. I have Netflix and YouTube TV and do not experience this issue with those apps. The app has a lot of potential but def needs some work. |

Or why don't you get the freaking app to work? I have a wifi6 untop of a 5G Samsung Galaxy and it will not WORK! So tell how you can fix this before I just drop your monthly service all together? And why in world can't I just use my FREAKING browser if your dumb app refuses to load? I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS APP TO ANYONE! |

| 2024-11-18 |  | | Pretty smooth. I'm experimenting with it now, it has a lot good stuff to watch. It works better for me with a laptop than the app and Roku, although they all work. I'm gonna stick with for awhile to see how it improves till I decide if I get a subscription. It is a decent price. |
