I know my cookies are turned off, but still it's annoying, and I will not turn on data tracking to everyone so FSB can be happy. My other 3 bank apps do NOT do this to me. So FSB can step up their game a bit. |

| 2022-08-01 |  | | Always a pleasure. Simple and up to date figures always. The Fraud Detection folks are right on the ball protecting us against anything considered suspicious. If you need to call for any reason, their staff are always pleasant and will go the extra mile for FSB customers. Thank you Franklin Savings Bank. |

I've even called and had customer service unlock my account but I still can't access it. I'm considering pulling all my money out and going somewhere else because of this inconvenience |
