Having problems with using this app . As the phone is new to me , I suppose that could be the reason why??

Why can't you uninstall apps like sheild home and sheild antivirus that takes over my phone and immobilizes my phone there are several other spy apps that even malwarebytes deem s safe( I have no control over them they control my phone) . The blot out the permissions so I can't remove them.... UPDATE- thank you Uninstall Apps ,my son had to buy another phone because of sheild antivirus, but thanks to you I was able to finally get that horrible app off my phone.
