Not finding my school code

I have made a significant payment for bus fees, and the amount has been deducted from my bank account and successfully transferred to St. Karen's High School. However, it is still not reflecting on the app, which has resulted in the school withholding my sister's results. Despite it being five days since the payment, the bus fees are still shown as due. This issue is causing considerable inconvenience for both parents and students. Please resolve this issue immediately.
