2024-12-27	Ellina Chernobilsky	The app is super useful, but unreliable. The app does not perform at a 100% always. It drops records of my family members and I have to request them again. The app crashes often. To request changes it takes you out of the app and then it is a void, so one never knows who gets the request, who, when or how processes the request, the request simply goes into a dark hole. This has been very frustrating.
2024-10-23	Tom Sheridan	[10/22/24] I wasn't aware that only state immunizations were listed. Thank you for the correction. As of this writing, then, all my records are accounted for. [Original]The concept is good, but the execution is not there. My records are missing quite a few immunizations going back several years. As well as recently.
2024-09-05	Jean Lennart	Very useful and nice to have all of this info in one spot. One issue - just got my flu shot and while it does show up, the dashboard still says OVERDUE in red. I'd also love to see an option to "turn off" the shots you don't have so they don't appear on the dashboard.
2022-10-17	Susan Murray	Still awful after I had to reinstall for booster info. Very hard to access this app to show immunization record on phone. October '22 and Docket is still awful. I signed out, then in again which sometimes results in getting new info to appear in the record. They had to send me a code to verify my account. I entered the code, but the "Verify" button was unresponsive. This happened twice. On another day, the code wasn't sent at all. A LOT OF WORK FOR NOTHING!
2022-01-16	andy bee	Entered details and clicked search. A squirrel (?) appeared for half a second and that was it. Tried again - same thing. Got a message that a search was already in progress. Gave up - no message ever shows . I tried this 4 times over 3 months with the same lack of app response. Today I got a result! Nope. Downloaded PDF was just general information from NJ.
2022-01-14	Megan	It's convenient to see vaccination data for all my kids in one place. It randomly removes different kids or myself from my list. I was told my husband could also be listed on my app, but I've never figured out how to make that happen. It would make me nervous to depend on the app for travel since each time I log in a different child is no longer listed and currently my own info is missing.
2021-11-25	Pradhyum Krishnan	The app does what it says. I have received three doses and they are all shown correctly. However, one issue I find is that you need an active internet connection. Typically, where I need to show my vaccination proof is somewhere I don't have reliable internet (airports/restaurants). So this app is basically useless in those scenarios.
2021-11-01	Xakk Z	Didn't work for me. As another review said, whatever they're pulling data from seems to have stopped giving any to this app. Results immediately come up 'review and try again'. I'm reading the data off a physical vax card, it's not me. Further note: App is rife with buttons and links that simply send you to pdf downloads on the web. Getting thrown off the app to the pdf viewer over and over is a bad user experience. Just copy and paste the text into your app already.
2021-10-18	Michael Guthrie	It fails often. Difficult to find vax records. It also started failing to start (splash screen freeze) on my phone and my wife's phone. It also needs a way to stay logged in since its messy to have to log in when there is a long line behind you at an event etc. Update: behaved better after deleting app then reinstalling, But more recently I got a booster. Now Docket only shows the booster, apperantly because it created a 2nd account since my booster was administrated at a different location.
2021-10-01	Karen Kjos	Useless. The app installed fine on my phone, but when I tried to fill in the form fields for name, password, etc., they would be covered up with the blue background so I could only see about 1/4" of space; I had no idea which field I was in and couldn't see my input. I uninstalled and reinstalled twice and kept having the same problem. I'm just going to have to take a photo of my COVID vaccination card. Very disappointing.
