Amazing UI and UX. Functional, always

A total waste of time and data. One of the very annoying financial service I've ever used. I sent money via this app to a US bank account, my recipient didn't get the money and yet the status showed it was successful. When I queried this company nearly a week later, they apologised and said they would see that my recipient gets their money. Recipient never got that money. It took sending them series of messages b4 I got the refund in my bank account.
