I was want to let you know that, whatever you are doing to my account... Most especially downgrading is pure Wickedness. It doesn't make any sense at all. How can you even downgrad the account without notifying the owner. I have submitted details such as NIN, International and taking pictures with my International passport and above all BVN. I have patient and loyal staying by your side. Up and down times but you seriously downgraded my account without letting me. That's just pure wickedness

Just like the terminal app has been updated, i think this mobile app needs such too, transfer on the app most times doesn't process through and enters pending until you email for refund. If that is fixed, i will come back and give 5 star
