2024-04-27	James Konopacki	This was a great app, especially depositing a check. I see all the complaints I'm not calling or emailing tech support. Just fix the problem. don't anyone from tech support try to log in. come on, fix this inconvenience.
2024-04-05	K Manning	Was... fine. Now unusable for over a month. Launching it results in an endless "loading" state that never allows login, or if it finally gets to login it then hangs permanently after that; clearing cache, storage, restarting, reinstalling -- nothing seems to fix it. ETA: Looks like the problem is using a VPN, which isn't great from a security standpoint. Why should I have to disable protection while I'm on public WiFi just to get this app to work? Will uninstall instead.
2024-02-22	Kelsey T	This is such a terrible banking app. The interface is slow and it never has biometric sign in turned on even though I click it every time. Half the time it doesn't even sign me in, just has the loading screen infinitely. I really hope the new app is better. As a small business I never go into an actual bank, I only do everything online and if it continues this way I'm going to have to find a new bank. For reference I have a google pixel. Please make the new app just as good for android.
2023-12-22	Pop the Balloon Pup	Now that it's been updated, it does work. The bank was slow to address crashing problems, which leaves me worried it might leave me hanging, but it works relatively fine now, so updated to 4 stars.
2023-12-12	Abigail Oppedisano	Used to work fine. Suddenly today the app crashes before I can even finish typing my password to login. Was trying to deposit a check that I already wrote "For mobile deposit only" on, so not sure how to get this deposited now and really needed it asap.
2023-11-27	Greg Perham	Always has been buggy and had an ugly and problematic interface. Stopped working completely after recent Android update, which has been out for a month.
2023-11-26	Tyler Duffney	Currently can't view my accounts. App just force quits almost as soon as it opens. When it works it's ok. Sometimes features go missing and or downt work at all.
2023-10-04	shay	It works fine on the rare occasions where it does actually work. I haven't been able to sign in and view my accounts for going on three months now. Simply put, the app does not work.
2023-09-25	Samantha Moore	The app is horrible!! Takes forever to log me in after it kicks me out a few times. Then once I'm logged in I can't see my account info cuz a box pops up and literally says, this app has bug issues! Please fix!
