The app is absolutely worthless at this point. Have had these cameras for many years now and the app always worked well. Would get motion alerts on my cameras. That all stopped in September. I have tried uninstalling and re-instslling with no success. As you can see numerous people have complained and lorex appears to be disinterested in fixing the issue. Makes the app and system quite worthless as it's only useful for live viewing.

Looks like the rating for this app is about to drop below two stars. I wish I could give it a zero star review. This has to be the worst remote camera viewing app I've ever used. There's absolutely no support. I haven't been able to remotely connect to my cameras for months. Even after uninstalling and reinstalling the app, resetting the NVR.... My Reolink system connection about 10 seconds and has zero issues. I will never buy another Lorex product
