Very poor app many times product pictures dont get uploaded..there is about no information sharing and updation between company logistics and seller support centre..no proper data updation...they cannot track what logistics are doing....after recent updation of seller support and ticket raise it becomes very difficult to raise issue as if they deliberately want that sellers do not raise issue...better shift to amazon they are far better in seller support

Worst seller app i have ever seen in my life. I got orders which I can see on home tab, and revenue and number of unit sold is mentioned, but in active order tab there wasn't any order. I am receiving order from 16 dec, 2024 and usually getting daily orders, but neither orders aren't visible in active order tab. I raised so many ticket id's with all proof that I am getting order, but flipkart team not giving any solution. They are just there to mark your ticket as resolved without any solution.
