Fit Body Boot Camp is complete, one stop shopping. The workouts, coaching, and support are excellent. The coaches support you with balancing your nutrition as well; teaching you about adequate hydration, protein, fiber, and carbs. Fit Body Boot Camp has improved my health, my confidence, and my life.
