| 2024-12-16 |  | | I can't access my account, all of my challenge questions dont work eventhough I had the answers written down, so I know they are right. It says to call customer service and talk to someone but I've never been able to get anyone. And oddly enough my fingerprint authentication stopped popping up so I can login easier, and with all the hacking drama it's more important that I can access it in case someone hacks into it and has control over my stuff and I won't know until too late! |

However, I can't seem to log in now using my current ID and password. I've tried to reset my password but even that's been a huge headache. |

Only noticed when I looked under "disputed charges". All five claims, 272 dollars misreported. Awesome. My only tool to help me made it worse. That was all I had, and you helped me it easier to steal from me without consequence. |

I'm 100% sure both user ID and password were correct. Whatever, I'll just unnecessarily change my password then. I changed my password and tried to log in again with the new password. It STILL says invalid. Then it locked my account for too many login attempts and the link to unlock it doesn't work, just takes me to a blank screen. |

Gives you no reason but creates an account for you unbeknownst to yourself as you think u didn't finish the application but indeed it halfway initiated it without the last important part which is the scanning. Upon retrieving my username it alarmingly emailed me 10 usernames with weird jumbled letters I didn't create either. |

I had to recreate an account because I couldn't remember my pin. *That newly added security feature* but there's no way to log in if you forgot it. And now like I said, I can't even make a new account because the register button stays dim. I've tried on multiple phones. |

It gets to specific with how to create a password. Please please update it to allow users to enter more flexible passwords. This is outdated and absurd way of doing this. That way if your card is stolen (or just misplaced) you can simply "freeze" your EBT card as to halt any unauthorized purchases and "Unfreeze" it at a later time once you've retrieved your card. Excellent option. I wish I could thank the brain who thought of this idea! It would have saved me many unnecessary trips to the local ISD office. Thumbs up to the Developers! 👍 Absolutely love this app!!! |

It gives you access once then all you get INVALID Recognition every try after. Even uninstalled then reinstalled. It's useless. Also links they send when you try to unlock account only generate error message that the link is also INVALID. |

I don't know what's going on on your end but I added the correct ID number and also the correct password and it's telling me that my credentials are invalid. Please fix it and please change it so that we don't have to add all those numbers in and just the last four digits as we did from the very beginning. |
