Very frustrated as the app was apparently updated and now it is incompatible with my phone. No notifications that it would be upgraded.

When logging in it won't show any of my transactions and says "will be processed when service is restored " I have service and can use other apps that require internet. Or I have to log in and log out 3+ times for it to finally show transactions. Huge inconvenience that it's not working as it should.

Love the bank in person sadly the mobile app is not as good as the bank, it doesn't even offer a way to fix errors in my personal profile. Today my phone Nokia G300 reports that my phone is no longer compatible with the app this is unacceptable please fix the issue.

This new app is horrible. The previous app worked great on Android phones. Now it states it is no compatible. What? There is no mobile banking now. Time to find a new bank that can assemble a quality IT group. Worthless!!!

I lowered this to 1 star because it is now unusable. I hate this app. It keeps locking me out and it's slow and clunky. I may have to switch banks since I do everything on the mobile app. It's sad

Once again, I am editing my review because there was ANOTHER pointless update that has broken the fluidity of the app. Repeatedly, it has asked for a "one time code" every single time I try to log in. Once you get into the app, they've decided to shrink the numbers showing the amount in your accounts to a miniscule size, making it difficult to see at a glance how much is in your account. To the executives at FSB, STOP PUSHING UI UPDATES FOR A BANKING APP! KEEP IT SIMPLE, YOU ABSOLUTE FOOLS!

I LOVE the new updates to the app! Especially how I can see my running balance after every transaction! Can't say enough wonderful things about First Savings!

Edit- now this mobile app is unuseable. It asks me to verify info and then tells me "cannot verify your info." Original - When they went to the current mobile app, the IT dept for FSB really dropped the ball. This app is shameful. Now after two days of finally being promised an upgraded app would be made available, we still have this trash. They even downgraded the website when this app was pushed out. Just plain horrible.

It's a bank app, they had some issues with the new format but it looks like it was mostly ironed out. I hope the new update goes smoothly. The update seems to be affecting card controls.
