Just today, a week later...less than 570 credit score when branch personnel checked it...says they may not be able to approve me for a loan now..would've never even considered this bank for a loan had I known I was being misled to believe I had a shot..so it's caused my credit score to take an unnecessary hit..will be looking into other banking institutions now. |

Once you set a phone number on the app you have to go into the bank to be able to change it. It just seems to be a few years behind how modern banking currently is. |
